3. SMS & Mobile Information

If you voluntarily opt in to receive SMS text messages from Deal Den LLC, we may use your mobile phone number to send service-related alerts regarding your Deal Den account, Buy Box, matched property opportunities, deal packet availability, transaction activity, and other Deal Den service updates. Deal Den text messages may be sent from (321) 209-9997. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of joining Deal Den or using our services. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP. Deal Den may allow buyers to submit Proof of Funds and other documents for buyer verification or transaction purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to restrict access to these documents. Buyers should not upload unnecessary sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, passwords, or unrelated financial account credentials.

6. How We Share Information

Deal Den may share information when reasonably necessary with: Technology and hosting providers Email and messaging service providers Database and document-storage providers Contractors or service providers assisting Deal Den Title companies, closing professionals, attorneys, wholesalers, property owners, or other transaction participants when appropriate for a transaction you have expressed interest in Government agencies or other parties when required by law We do not sell your personal information simply because you join the Deal Den buyer network. Information contained in your Buy Box may be used internally to identify properties that appear to meet your stated investment criteria. A match generated by Deal Den does not constitute investment, financial, legal, tax, appraisal, inspection, or real-estate advice. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any transaction.
