These Terms Effective Aug 17th 2025 govern your access to and use of the Deal Den website, Buy Box, Buyer Portal, property submissions, marketplace communications, and related services. By using Deal Den or submitting information through the platform, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

Deals Protected.

GOVERNING LAW These Terms will be governed by the laws of the state in which Deal Den LLC is legally organized, except where applicable law requires otherwise. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Deal Den LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law, information or documents you submit, your real estate transactions, or your infringement of another person's rights. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Your investment decisions remain yours To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Deal Den LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar losses arising from or related to the use of Deal Den or participation in a real estate transaction. This may include lost profits, failed transactions, financing problems, property defects, repair costs, title issues, inaccurate third-party information, delays, or the actions or failures of buyers, sellers, wholesalers, investors, service providers, or other marketplace participants. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law. SMS MESSAGING TERMS By opting in to receive SMS messages from Deal Den LLC, you agree to receive service-related text messages regarding your Deal Den account, Buy Box, matched property opportunities, deal packet availability, transaction activity, and other Deal Den service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or use of Deal Den services. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a Deal Den text message. For assistance, reply HELP. SMS communications are also subject to our Privacy Policy.
